How do I return an item?

When will I get my order?

You could get your order as early as the same day for local customers. Your order will be delivered by our crew. If you are not located on the Wasatch Front in Utah your order will arrive by the best method possible (UPS, Common Carrier or using our nationwide network of independent dealers). Who is Granite Office and where are you located?

We are an independent office supply dealer located in the heart of the Salt Lake Valley in Utah. Think of us as the grocery store for business (with milk and eggs being copy paper and toner). We started this company in October 2007 and hope to be around for a long time. We are committed to build a business where our people can support their families and develop integrity. That's the theory. When put into practice it means taking care of our customers with every order and not doing anything to break the trust they place in us.

What's your favorite office product?

This isn't a frequently asked question, but I am a huge fan of whiteboards. I love to have a whiteboard to put down ideas and to lay things out visually.

How do I create an account?

You can create an account at the time of your first order. If you are an existing customer you will have a login already that will have access to your custom pricing along with your favorites lists, shipping addresses, cost centers or anything else you need to make ordering a simple process. What do you sell?

We like to think of ourselves as the grocery store for business. If your business needs it then we want to supply it for you. We started out with office supplies and have expanded into quite a few other areas. We offer janitorial supplies, breakroom supplies, office furniture, promotional products, custom print, school supplies, technology, toner, safety supplies and more. If you search our website you will be surprised about the different items we have available.

We offer the leading brands in all of these categories as well. For filing we have Smead and Pendaflex. Toner we offer HP, Canon, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox, Sharp and Dell. Here's a quick rundown of all the name brands we have off the top of my head. Are you ready? Ok:

For janitorial supplies we also are a Kimberly Clark Elite dealer. This means we have exclusive access to dispensers and better pricing for the janitorial supplies your business needs.

If you are into presentations we are the exclusive dealer of Unibind binding equipment in Utah. We also have an excellent selection of presentation and binding supplies and equipment. Whether you need combbind, wirebind, plastic coil, laminating pouches or covers, we have you, umm…covered.

In the world of office furniture we have Safco, HON, Mayline, Eurotech, Ergotron, ESI, 9to5 seating, Alera, Tennsco, Basyx and Martin. We are also a Lorell Diamond Dealer. We have commercial office furniture at affordable pricing. We provide space design, assembly, delivery & installation for any size project. We can do contemporary design or traditional. For office chairs we have an excellent selection of leather, mesh or fabric chairs.

For promotional products we are a certified distributor and part of ASI. We can help you design and implement any number of items for your next promotion. Whether you are looking for custom imprinted pens, buttons, embroidered sweat bands or head bands, bags, water bottles, mugs, magnets, calendars or just about anything you can imagine we can help you design and obtain the perfect product in your budget. Do you have a physical store?

We are located at 1955 S Milestone Drive B Salt Lake City Utah. We have a small showroom (3,000 sq/ft) for office furniture and a warehouse for some of our inventory. You won't find any shopping carts or cash registers here. This is where we process your online orders and prepare them for delivery. So while we do have the occasional customer drop in to pick up an item we mostly use this space for preparing your order to be delivered to you. If you ever have an emergency the best thing to do is contact us and have us help you track down the item and figure out the fastest way to get it to you. This way we can ensure we get the right product for you in the most efficient manner possible and avoid wasting any of your time.

What are your hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Mountain time. Our website is always open so you can place an order anytime you like. Our office is closed on 7-8 holidays per year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Pioneer Day (July 24th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and Christmas Day.

Are you guys as amazing as I've heard?

Ok, fine this isn't a frequently asked question we get, but if someone were to ask this the answer would be a confident, "yes, we are amazing!" And our mother's would all agree. So there.

What's the best way to place my order?

The majority of our customers place their order through this website. Why? Because you can setup your account and optimize it exactly the way your business needs. If you need cost centers then we can do that. If you need administrative approval we can set that up as well. Whatever your business needs to help make things go smoothly for your operations we can probably do with this website. Contact us today so we can make this site your personal assistant for this and many future orders.

Do you substitute items?

To answer this question properly I must present our philosophy on substitutions. We believe in providing a win-win solution for both you the customer and ourselves. Some items on our site we are able to acquire from a different source. We choose to do this only when this provides a win-win situation for you and us. For example if a customer purchases a pack of 42 oz M&M's from our website we will actually send them a 56 oz bag because we can get them for a better price than the 42 oz. So the customer gets more M&M's and we save money (win-win). We do this whenever we become aware of any of these situations because it makes it better for you and for us. We do not substitute a generic for a name brand item as we don't see this as a win-win. So we may sub out an Energizer for a Duracell battery or vice versa, but we will never send an Innovera battery when you buy Energizer. Or a Genuine Joe facial tissue when you buy Kleenex and on down the line the idea remains; never abuse the trust you have in us to do what is in your best interest as well as ours.

Do you provide assembly, delivery and installation for office furniture?

Yes, we do! We provide furniture that is Built Not Boxed for our local customers. So when you order an office chair you will receive and office chair, not a huge box with instructions on how to build your own office chair. We provide this service free of charge with any online order for local delivery. Sadly, we cannot provide this same fantastic service for all of the orders delivered out of our local area, but we can definitely check on this.
